I Believe

The end of 2015 is upon us. Personally, this has been a year of extreme change and transition. For an introvert like me and a person who is not particularly enamored with change, at times it was unsettling. However, the end result was more than I could have ever imagined it would be.
My belief system is a lot stronger today that it was a year ago at this time. I’d like to share with you three things I believe:
  1. Courage should be the eleventh quality of a servant leader. You can read all the books and prepare the various vision boards, but you must take action in order for your dreams to become a reality. It takes Courage to act.

  1. To do what you love and to be affirmed at the same time is one of the greatest feelings in the world. It’s the truest essence of being led by God.

  1. Life can indeed be difficult. When it is, take your problems to God. Do what you feel led to do. Exhaust all possibilities and do the best you can. Know that there is a reason for everything. Find meaning in your adversity and press on.
The second half of 2015 has been the most gratifying of my professional career. I’ve enjoyed working with you, whether it has been through this blog, coaching, or via workshops. I look forward to assisting in taking you and your team to the next level in 2016.
Happy Holidays!!
