In most of my workshops and consultations, I get the sense that most people think that we're going to come together, kumbaya, and tell each other how much we love one another. Although that is something that we would ultimately like to do, there are many harsh realities when it comes to the world's most ancient philosophy.
For instance, many of the world's great servant leaders were killed because they spoke truth to power. So, in order to understand the true meaning of servant leadership, I believe it is important to first deal with the foil or the bad guy.
In this tree treatise, the foil or guy or is the bad boss. Because I primarily consult with people in the workplace, the bad boss is where I want to begin.
