The Reality of Erosion
"Relationships are much more likely to die by neglect than by disaster. Just as a garden becomes overgrown with weeds, gets overrun with pets, or wilts due to lack of water and fertilizer, relationships wilt and die because the negative elements overtake the healthy ones.
The reason is simple: no one took the time to intentionally make choices to deal with the those things that threaten relational health."
Have you taken stock of the relationships in your life? Is there one that is in jeorpardy of being overtaken with weeds? If so, what are you going to do about it?
