3 Simple Truths About Trust

Today's post is on the most important element of any team - Trust. Trust means to be honest, ethical, and having integrity.

2. Where there is no trust there is no leadership.

3. If your team is without trust, it will self-destruct.

On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, how do you rate the trust level of your committee, department, or division?
