In December, I set my three goals for 2013. But how do I know if I am making progress? Simple. I measure them every day. For instance, being in good health is one of my 2013 goals. Therefore, every morning I stand on the scale. I know there are some of you who are probably saying that I shouldn't get on the scale each morning but I do. Standing on the scale tells me if my training program is working. What about you? Do you measure your goals each day or each week? If not, how do you know if you are making progress?
