Setting Goals Not Resolutions
New Year's Eve is four weeks from today. Have you given thought to your 2013 New Year's resolution? If you are having trouble, try setting goals and instead of resolutions. Personally, I like to set three new goals each year. Over the next couple of weeks I will give this plenty of thought and at some point on New Year's Eve day I will write them down. I like to limit my goals to three because three is a manageable number. Besides, just like a To Do List, a goals' list can have a tendency to go on and on and on. What about you?
