Help with Words: Newtown, Connecticut

On the heels of last Friday morning's blog post, I was sadden by the turn of events last Friday afternoon in Newtown, Connecticut. It was so horrific and tragic that it goes beyond belief, and for me, words. So, I will turn to my good friend Kent Keith for help. In his book, 'The Case for Servant Leadership', he writes, "The case for servant leadership is about creating a better world. There does not have to be so much pain and suffering, so much war and violence, so much starvation and disease, so many crushed dreams and untapped talents, so many problems unresolved and so many opportunities ignored. The world does not have to be like this."
