Sender-Receiver-Feedback. These are the three magic words of communication.
You say you want to have a successful leadership team. You say you want to be adored and have a loving relationship. Well, in order to have these things, it is important to know that communication is the lifeblood of any relationship.
If I (sender) communicate with you (receiver), I must receive feedback (the breakfast of champions) from you (receiver) in order for the communication to be effective. As the sender, don’t assume that the receiver understands what you are saying.
Note: It doesn’t matter how you communicate. It can be via text, email, telephone, or in person, the sender-receiver-feedback model will always apply.
