The Baseline for a Championship Leadership Team

"Talent wins games but teamwork and intelligence wins championships."

There is no denying that the technical aspect of your job is important. However, one talented individual working alongside other talented individuals doesn't necessarily mean that group will work well together. Talented individuals diverse in thought is the baseline for a championship leadership team.

The leader must understand the different personalities of her team, which might be ever changing. She must know who has a preference for Analytical, Structural, Social, and Conceptual Thinking. Where the leader is weak members of her leadership team must be strong.

Do you know the personalities of your leadership team (or any team you work with)?
