Emergenetics Team Building at Sumter County Elementary School

We are so fortunate at the Center for Servant Leadership. We have some awesome clients. Yesterday I spent the day in Americus, Georgia with the Sumter County Elementary School leadership team where I conducted a team building workshop. However, this class was different, as it was primarily Emergenetics-based.

The 17 teachers who present were divided into their WEteam, which is a brain trust making up every Emergenetics attribute. I cannot go into details (I want you to be surpised when you participate) but education, teamwork, and lots of laughter was the theme of the day.

The group pictured above built the Tallest Tower.

"We have seen a definite improvement in our team the last two years," said Sharron Marcus, Principal, SCES.

What does your team, department, or division, do to improve performance?
