It is Going to Be Ok!

Are you in a rut? Are you feeling bad about yourself because of it? Today’s post is for the person who has lost his groove (or as I say in book, Stand Tall, his swing).

You may be the CEO who has a vision of where you want to lead the organization. But your politically motivated board wants to take it in a different direction. Perhaps you are a first-line supervisor or team leader. You have what it takes to lead but you are never recognized for your abilities. Therefore, that promotion to manager continues to escape you. Or, you might be the person who has taken his idea from a dream to a reality and you are on the brink of a breakthrough but the funds needed for such a step forward just are not there.

I am here to tell you to hold fast to your dreams. Don’t give up. Life teaches us many lessons. And lessons are meant to be passed on. So, learn as much as you can from your present circumstances. Our experiences educate us more than any classroom could ever teach us. One day you will be a tremendous beacon of light to those within your sphere, whether it is your department, your division, your campus, or the world.
