Conflict Management: Two Sides to Every Story
When someone brings you a problem and it involves another individual, make sure you get the point of view of the other person involved before you make a decision.
It does not matter how well you "think" you know either party. Listen carefully and remove your emotions. Tap into the left side of your brain.
To blindly take one side over the other is a blatant disregard for the truth. Remember, there are two sides to every story.
