Pointing Out My Blunder(s)
I blog each day. Every now and then, I make mistakes—a grammatical error here or a misspelled word there. Consistently, the analytical preference readers will point out my blunder(s).
If you have an employee (or it might be you) who has a preference for analytical thinking, their characteristics are:
• Logical and rational
• Objective and factual
• Clear thinker(s)
I have nicknamed them the “Error Police.” I do not mean this in a negative way. They are skeptical by nature but a very integral part of the team. They will protect you from embarrassing situations when you overlook the obvious.
I hope I have not ruined my credibility with the people in blue (analytical thinking preference color). I do not mean any harm, and neither do they. I certainly lean on the analytical preference thinkers in my life.
