Do You Want An Event Or Effect Real Change?

I am an author but I am a teacher, trainer, and facilitator, first. It is my passion. It is my calling. It is what I do.

I am amazed (and pained) when I am asked to do just a one-time workshop. Do you really think one workshop a year is going to change your organization? One workshop a year on any topic is not going to effect change in any institution.

The leading Fortune 1000 managers and CEOs in this country participate in intensive leadership training. Do you know why? It is quite simple. They want to be the best. "Everything begins and ends with leadership," says bestselling author, John Maxwell.

Besides my strong belief in self-awareness, I am an equally strong believer in continuous improvement. In life, either you get better or you get worse. Nothing stays the same. "Are you green and growing or are you ripe and rotting," asked Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonalds.
