I have spent 25 years studying what makes great people, great. It is what I am most passionate about and I want to share it with you in Part 1 of my groundbreaking speech, DEFINE YOUR DESTINY!

We and the institutions we work for are living in uncharted territory as it pertains to the instability of our world's economy. According to Fast Company magazine, "The business climate... the pace of change in our economy and our culture is accelerating...our visibility about the future is declining...predicting what will happen next has gotten exponentially harder. Uncertainty has taken hold in boardrooms and cubicles, as executives and workers (employed and unemployed)..." the world over are asking themselves important questions such as:

Who am I?
Why am I here?
What makes me unique?
Where am I going?
Who am I going to take with me?

In DEFINE YOUR DESTINY, you are asked to carefully think about your purpose, vision, relationships, and most importantly, yourself, as a whole. Yes, you! What are you doing to better yourself so that you can be a beacon of light for the world in which you live?

In other words, the time has come for you to DEFINE YOUR DESTINY!

Stay tuned...
