During every Playing Nice in the Sandbox workshop, I ask the question: How many of you have ever taken a course in relationship education while in school or at work? Not many hands are raised. I am not surprised.
Many key leadership executives look at workshops like Playing Nice as developing one's soft skills. I take issue with the term soft skills. There is nothing soft about dealing with every personality-type known to mankind. And that is exactly what leaders do.
So, if you're not going to receive relationship education and work, where will you receive it?
