Attention First-Third Expressives

The behavioral characteristics of a First-Third Expressive are: reserved, quiet, private and energized by being alone.
Debra is a middle school teacher, married, and has one son. Behaviorally, she is a First-Third Expressive.

Her workday begins before 7:30 a.m. and ends around 5:00 p.m. Debra’s after school activities last week included: a PTO meeting, two parent meetings, one middle school basketball game, and twice attending her son’s basketball game.

Her weekend activities included: a Saturday workshop, a Saturday night basketball game that was 45 minutes from her home, Sunday school, and two Sunday worship services.

Debra spent Sunday night ironing her son’s clothes for school and preparing herself for work.

Debra was in bed last night by 7:00 p.m. She was exhausted.
