Find Some "Me" Time Today

Missing your joy in life? Know the importance of relaxation and knowing how to relax are vital for ensuring your ongoing health and well-being, as well as restoring the passion and joy in your life. Your health is your responsibility. Allowing life’s stressors to impact your health negatively will end up with you feeling under par in everyday activities and could eventually lead to lead illness. (

Living in "overwhelm" is the norm for most families these days. If you don't agree, think about how many times you've rushed out of work so you can pick up the kids in time to get to the store, just so you can jet home to make dinner and then supervise homework while you get ready for the next day. (

Life can be overwhelming and tedious. With a job, children, mortgage and car payments, it can all seem endless and relentless. But instead of working yourself into frenzy, it may be best to relax. Take a little time to decompress and clear your mind. Only at that point will you be able to really focus on life's challenges and overcome them. (

It is Saturday and for most of us it is a day off. Find some “me” time today to “get away from it all.” This could be in the form of a long walk, enjoying a good book, shopping, or watching a game. The list of things for you to do is endless.
