Emergenetics in the Big Easy

I’m in New Orleans today where later this morning I will conduct an Emergenetics workshop for members of the Presbyterian Church USA.

This is my first trip to the Big Easy. Yesterday evening I walked around the French Quarter and yes, of course, Bourbon Street. It’s not for the faint-hearted I’ll tell you that…lol.
I also got the opportunity take in some jazz and blues and eat Cajun fish, fries, potatoes, and a chocolate/strawberry cake with cream on top (and on the side and on the bottom). It was my only meal of the day, so I could handle it.

I can’t wait to present the workshop, though. I’m telling you, if you ever wanted to know why and how your employees think and behave the way they do, then this is the perfect program for you.

Leadership Lesson: Education comes in all forms, so when you get the chance to explore a city you’ve never visited before, do it. You might learn something. I did.
