Center for Servant Leadership Signs Agreement with The Gardens at Calvary

Yesterday, the Center for Servant Leadership at the Pastoral Institute finalized an agreement to provide a year-long Servant Leadership Training and Development Program for the Gardens at Calvary an assisted living facility located in Columbus, Georgia.

The program, beginning in January 2011, will start with an Organizational Leadership Assessment or OLA.

The OLA evaluates organization health to create healthy, servant-minded organizations enabling them to reach their potential.

All staff members, from the organization’s leadership team to the first line employees, will participate in monthly organizational assessment meetings and quarterly workshops such as Servant Leadership: The World’s Greatest Leadership Philosophy, Emergnetics: Know Thyself, Playing Nice in the Sandbox, and Coaching.

“We are ecstatic to be providing this program to such a wonderful organization,” said Kelvin Redd, Director, Center for Servant Leadership.
